This morning, El and Mommy went to swimming class. Daddy stayed home to see Keith off.El is becoming more comfortable in the water. She watched Mommy blow bubbles as they moved across the pool. El was so engrossed with Mommy that she didn't even realize she was moving her legs like a frog. When the babies floated on their backs, cheek-to-cheek with their parent, El started to relax her legs instead of keeping them straight up in the air. She was still shivering by the time class was over as seen by her blue lips in the picture, but she is enjoying swimming class.
After a nap, all three of us went to the library where El read some books with Mommy and then did a puzzle with Daddy.
We watched a movie about Tea upon our return home and El officially pulled her body up to standing for the first time using the low cabinet in front of the movie screen. After that first time, she was pulling herself up on everything; our legs, dogs, chairs... She attempted to balance herself and let go to stand on her own several times, but she is not quite ready for that, yet.
