Happy Valentine's Day from All of Us at J & L Acres!!!! May God's LOVE shine upon you today and every day!
Today Alex and Katy were to get their teeth cleaned at the Vet's. They get them done once a year (they have a better dental plan than we do... Jeff and I have not had our teeth cleaned for over 5 years!) before putting them under, the docs do a screening on the pups. Katy passed with flying colors and now her teeth sparkle. Alex is going to have to see a Dog Cardiologist, he did not pass his EKG, so they would not put him under. We will schedule a visit to the cardiologist as soon as possible and then update everyone, i the meantime, Alex seems to be fine and very happy.
The humans in our household had a great day! El took the appropriate naps. (I have to tell you, we failed the do-not-pick-her-up last night... so she woke up in our bed very happy this morning! Someday, El will actually wake up in the morning and be in her own bed... when she is 35.) El, of course, wore her Valentine's tutu outfit, today. We even got a tiara on her head, ever so briefly. Jeff and I worked on scanning photos so that we can get rid of some. We are in the reduce, reuse, recycle plan this year. We are trying to downsize... good luck?! We need it!
