Visiting with Cousins

So, today Ellie went with her cousins to the Children's Museum in Winchester while Mommy went to Annandale and Daddy got work done at home.  Every parent deep down would like their child to miss them that first time away for an extended amount of time.  Ideally, your kid would be sad you are leaving, then get over it as soon as you were out of sight to go on to have a wonderful, happy day.  Ellie was happy to transfer cars and was quiet all the way to the museum.  Then, from my understanding, she cried the entire time she was there and screeched all the way back (1.5 hours) home.  Not quite the ideal.  I hope her cousins and aunt will let her visit again sometime!
